On-Boarding Process:
My unique on-boarding process will be very hands on - but on an easy schedule! Nobody has time for 2 hour calls these days - so I've figured out the least time-consuming way for me to truly get to know the in's and out's of your business without you having to sit on hours of Zoom calls with me. I know we're all tired of paying for coaches that don't truly KNOW your business! That's why I'm using a strategic combo of Zoom call, Voxer access, and personalized PDF downloads.
We will begin with a live on-boarding call where I'll get to know more about you and your business. We'll dive deep into your business, discussing your obstacles, challenges, and burning financial questions. Together, we'll set clear expectations for the coaching journey ahead.
Within the first few weeks of on-boarding, I'll expect you to share your bookkeeping reports from the past 12 months. I'll use these to begin an in-depth analysis or your current baseline and to create a personalized plan for growth. You'll receive a comprehensive PDF guide with takeaways, recommendations, and progress trackers.
During our first six weeks together, as I'm reviewing your bookkeeping info & have more questions about your biz model, we'll connect via Voxer - a free voice messaging app. This will allow us to review your annual financial info and for me to create the absolute best strategic plan for you with that PDF guide!
From this point forward, we'll touch base every 3 months via our live quarterly coaching calls.
Quarterly Coaching Calls:
The heart of our coaching program lies in our quarterly coaching calls. In each call, we'll embark on a journey of reflection, analysis, and strategic planning. Here's what you can expect:

Review and Reflect: We'll review your financial goals, challenges, and opportunities from the previous quarter, celebrating successes and addressing areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning: Together, we'll set financial and qualitative goals for the upcoming quarter, providing you with a roadmap for success.

Financial Analysis: With your bookkeeping reports in hand, we'll analyze your profitability and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

KPI Analysis: We'll dive deep into your revenue streams, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting benchmarks for success.

You can choose a 6-month or a 12-month package. The 6 month option will have 2 quarterly calls, while the 12 month option will have 4.
As a bonus, I'm adding a dedicated call to establish "Profit First" rules specific to your needs, ensuring you're paying yourself what you deserve while maximizing your business's financial health.
